PACE Enrollment Manager
The PACE Enrollment Manager has a broad responsibility for program enrollment and community engagement functions for PACE. This position is responsible for the development and coordination of the marketing, engagement, and enrollment functions for PACE and other HopeWest programming including presentations and relationship building with potential and new referral sources; develop annual marketing plans, and written marketing materials; collaborates with local Medicaid County entities to ensure efficiencies throughout the enrollment process for PACE; and oversees the enrollment of PACE participants.
What is PACE?
PACE or Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly is a federal and state funded program that provides comprehensive, coordinated, and proactive whole-person care to help maintain and improve seniors' health so they can live safely in their homes. There are 180 PACE programs, serving more than 80,700 participants in 33 states.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, social sciences, business, or marketing preferred.
- Master’s degree in business, communications, or marketing preferred.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.
- Knowledge of customer service and marketing principles and practices.
- One year’s experience with Medicaid preferred.
- Able to work in a variety of environments.
- Working knowledge of community health and social service delivery systems and aging networks preferred.
- General knowledge of financing mechanisms such as Medicaid & Medicare.
- Ability to effectively present and sell the PACE philosophy to prospective participants, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Strong attention to detail in record-keeping and preparation of reports, correspondence, and other written materials.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay range $72,592 -$80,308 annually, depending on experience.
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule. On call requirement with additional pay structure.
