Attorney – Social Security Disability Claims

We are a rapidly growing law firm looking to grow our statewide Social Security disability claims. We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate attorney (or soon-to-be attorney) to join our team in Dayton. Responsibilities:
- Representing clients in Social Security disability claims before government agencies, administrative judges, and federal courts.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the application and appeals process.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other filings.
- Communicate with clients, case workers, and experts to build strong cases.
- Manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with other attorneys and administrative team members.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Ohio (or in the process of completing admission).
- Passion for helping others, particularly those with disabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- No prior legal experience is required – we will train you!
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing as part of a supportive team.
