We are a busy and growing Ophthalmology/Optometry practice who has been in the valley for 40 years. We are patient centered and strive to provide excellence in service and care. We are looking for a Full Time Office Manager to lead the team, results, experience and culture. The manager will need to learn all aspects of the business and be able to support/assist in all departments throughout the day. This is a "working manager" position. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, be a strategic thinker and have previous management experience. Responsibilities
· Develop and implement business plans for the office
· Drive daily business, quality of care, and service
· Coordinate and organize office activities
· Recruit and develop staff
· Primary interface with vendors and referring doctors
· Day-to-day operations, demonstrating optimal performance in each aspect of the business
· Support doctors to ensure flow, production and patient service levels are optimal
