Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with password resets, account setups, and access permissions.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document and track incidents in the help desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient problem resolution.
- Maintain knowledge of company systems, applications, and processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
