The Regional Vice President of Ag Lending will be responsible for leading staff to achieve individual and team goals while effectively communicating and assuming performance accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Credit Management: Actively supports differential credit administration and practices constructive credit principles to achieve Association quality objectives.
- Business Growth: Maximize quality business growth to meet profitability objectives.
- Staff Development: Inspire and coach staff by communicating clear expectations and maintaining a high standard of accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance, Agriculture or equivalent experience.
- Advanced management skills with 8-10 years of agriculture-related credit work experience, including five years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of computer software applications, credit, and accounting policies and procedures.
