Job Title: Part-Time Human Resources/Recruitment Specialist
Location: Remote (must work Eastern Standard Time hours)
Do you like to dabble in multiple aspects of HR? Are you looking to work part-time hours? Then look no further! We have an opportunity that will support our Human Resources team, particularly in the areas of: recruitment (specifically sourcing and interview scheduling), culture/engagement, and learning and development. The hours for this role may fluctuate depending on the needs of the business but will generally not exceed 20 hours per week. This role may be held from anywhere in the U.S.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sr. Talent Manager to understand position specs, needs of role, etc.
- May occasionally participate in recruitment intake meetings.
- Source LinkedIn Recruiter, relevant career groups, or other job boards for confidential and posted roles.
- Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter seat.
- Utilize the ATS/HRIS (ADP WorkForce Now) to maintain timely and accurate data and move all candidates/applicants through the process.
- Manage ongoing cultivation and relationship building with candidates for current and upcoming needs to provide a market-leading candidate experience.
- Prepare interviewers for interviews, transitioning relevant candidate-specific information.
- Identify networking opportunities to enhance brand image and continued professional development (i.e.: Community outreach, College/Career Fairs, etc.) Actively seek out and propose new and novel recruiting avenues.
- Support our culture/engagement initiatives- ideation, execution, etc.
- May support distribution center recruitment/hiring when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as interview scheduling, etc.
About you:
- 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience (specifically marketing, merchandising & design positions preferred)
- MUST have expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Passive recruiting experience required (cold-calling, etc.)
- Experience supporting engagement is a plus
- Recruiting for a consumer product goods organization a strong plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong networking skills
- ADP WorkForce Now experience a strong plus (ATS and HRIS)
- Willingness to work part-time hours
