Job Summary
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing tile installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a skilled individual with extensive experience in various installation techniques and the ability to lead a team effectively. The Lead Installer will work closely with clients and project managers to ensure that all specifications are met and that projects are completed on time.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate installation activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
- Install Tile as specified on plans and with the company management
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and layout.
- Train and mentor junior installers on best practices and installation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or modifications needed during the installation process.
- Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
Skills
- Proficient in flooring installation, tile laying, steam showers, acceent walls, etc.
- Strong understanding of schematics, blueprint reading, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
