Responsibilities

- Conduct account analysis and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Perform payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic plans based on financial data analysis.
- Prepare for audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to governmental accounting standards.
- Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software to streamline reporting processes.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and governmental accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial management practices, including budgeting, cash management, and account analysis.
- Experience with payroll systems and regulatory compliance related to employee compensation.
- Familiarity with various financial software applications, including QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
