What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Operators -3rd Shift-Skippy position at Hormel Foods Family of Companies?
Required
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in cold and warm temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time and go up and down stairs frequently
- Must possess basic math skills
- Must be able to read and write English
- Manufacturing Industry experience and/or great work history
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing industry or 2 years in food processing or restaurants
- Food Manufacturing Industry
Shift Hours: 10:30p to 7am, with relief overtime as required
Entry Pay Rate: $20.88/hr, plus $1.00 shift differential
