High school diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills. Strong Leadership!
Management skills and Dental office experience required. Must be able to read, write legibly, and speak in English with professional quality, communicate positively and effectively with others. Must be able to work calmly and respond courteously under pressure, think critically, work independently, perform basic math functions, manage multiple assignments, problem solve, organize and prioritize workload, pay close attention to detail, and recall information accurately..
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff and clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain electronic records and databases accurately.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and administrative support.
