Responsibilities:
· Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner upon arrival
· Register guests, assign rooms, and provide them with relevant information regarding their stay
· Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally
· Assist guests with check-out process, ensuring accurate billing and resolving any issues or concerns prior to their departure
· Provide recommendations and assist guests with reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and transportation
· Handle guest complaints and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve any issues and maintain guest satisfaction
· Keep up-to-date with hotel services and facilities to provide accurate information to guests
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests
Qualifications:
· Previous experience of one year in customer service or hospitality is preferred
· Proficient in computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PEP/Opera preferred)
· Ability to work weekends and holidays as required hotels are open 24/7/365
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight
Shift availability:
· Day Shift (6a-2p/7a-3p) but may vary
· Night Shift (2p-10p/3p-11p) but may vary
· Overnight Shift (10p-6a/11p-7a) but may vary
