Position Overview
As the National Accounts Sales Manager for Hospitality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key hospitality accounts nationwide. This role involves strategic sales planning, account management, and driving revenue growth within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of national hospitality accounts, serving as the primary point of contact
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with major hotel chains, restaurant groups, and hospitality management companies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of products/services that meet client needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build relationships and brand awareness
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports
- Train and mentor junior sales team members
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in hospitality industry sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Established relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
