Requirements
You will help us create a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for our guests! Join an experienced team that prides itself in delivering authentic service and an amazing experience.
- Promptly respond to guest requests, phone calls, emails, chats and reviews
- Manage daily reservations, payments, reservation commissions, and other items to **ensure financials** are in order (don't worry we will train you!)
- Set up and breakdown a **tasty** breakfast for our guests
- Help housekeeping team with laundry operations
- Welcome guests to Indianola, showcasing **local** restaurants, attractions, and ensuring they make the most of their visit
- Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always **clean and tidy**, report maintenance needs as needed
- Any other task required for the successful functioning of the hotel!
What are we looking for?
- I have availability to work some weekends and holidays, shifts can be from 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am.
- I am friendly and customer focused with a passion for delivering an awesome guest experience
- I am computer savvy and have a get er' done problem solver
- I have a strong work ethic and am a reliable team player
- I have experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and using basic math concepts
- I can lift at least 25 pounds
Nice to Haves (not deal-breakers!)
- Previous hotel or customer service experience
- ServSafe Certification
