Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client visits in the Phoenix Metro area to gather market information, maintain relationships, and address any customer needs.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports summarizing customer feedback, market insights, and sales activities.
- Respond to emails daily to manage customer inquiries and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Perform inventory audits at third-party warehouses and respond to troubleshooting or customer complaints as they arise.
- Communicate flexibly with the Taiwan-based team to ensure seamless coordination, considering time zone differences.
