We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, Midwest to drive growth and manage sales in the region (Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wisconsin). This role involves building strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and customer interactions effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in diverse industries.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions with sales managers to align goals and address challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
