Location: Des Moines, IA
PRIMARY PURPOSE: Housby is looking for an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our team! This position will be primarily responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts on a National level. This position will work closely with key internal leaders to promote and grow our online sales platform to include our entire menu of services.

EXPECTATIONS:
- Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with current customers and prospective customers on a National level to generate new business.
- Complete in-person visits and deliver high level presentations to existing and prospective customers in order to promote Housby's full menu of services.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with overall management of national accounts in relation to operations, including pricing and agreements.
- Ability to answer technical questions regarding Housby's menu of services.
- Forecast and track key account metrics in CRM database, Salesforce.
- Attend tradeshows when necessary.
- Must be willing and capable of traveling at least 10 days per month on a national level.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations when needed.
- Other projects/tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a professional image at all times.
- Follow all Company safety rules and safety policies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Previous experience working in the heavy-duty trucking industry highly preferred.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting clients' requirements
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
- Motivated and self-driven.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view a computer monitor.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
- Regular air travel required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The work environment for this position can be varied, due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
