What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Leader - Saginaw Location position at House of Dank?

House of Dank is seeking Shift Leaders for our upcoming Saginaw location.
What you’ll do…
- Assist Walk-In team members with customer service issues such as product questions, pricing issues, etc. (escalate exchanges, returns, and extenuating issues to higher store management)
- Help oversee daily tasks and organization of the sales floor
- Assist the Store Manager in monitoring all employees including Walk-In Team, Curbside Team, Delivery Team, and Inventory Team
- Mentor, motivate, and coach employees to ensure exemplary customer service
- Assist any department in the retail location as needed
What we’re looking for…
- Previous cannabis industry experience REQUIRED
- Previous managerial experience is greatly preferred
- Strong familiarity with Metrc and LeafLogix is greatly preferred
- Open availability REQUIRED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a very fast-paced and ever-changing industry
Must be able to travel to corporate office or current retail locations for training.

Compensation: Starting at $16-18/hr based on experience, employee discount
