Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CENA) to join our team at our Saginaw location. The CENA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with meals and feeding as needed
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers as necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
Qualifications :
Physical Requirements :
This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and reaching.
