Looking for Professional Home Organizers: Senior Organizer, Organizer, and Assistant Organizer level

Location: Fairfield County, CT (based in Westport, CT)

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

As we continue to grow, we are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in various roles, including Senior Organizers, Organizers, and Assistant Organizers.

Job Descriptions:

Senior Organizers: As a Senior Organizer, you will lead and manage organizational projects from start to finish. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing custom organizational systems, and overseeing the implementation process. You will mentor and guide junior team members and ensure that all projects meet House of Prim’s high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Organizers: As an Organizer, you will work directly with clients to declutter, organize, and create sustainable systems in their spaces. This role involves hands-on organizing, product recommendations, and collaborating with the Senior Organizers to execute projects efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of attention to detail and ensuring that all client needs are met.

Assistant Organizers: As an Assistant Organizer, you will support the Senior Organizers and Organizers in their projects. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about organization and eager to learn the ropes. You will assist in sorting, decluttering, and setting up organizational systems, as well as handling any logistical tasks needed to ensure projects run smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Senior Organizers:
  • Proven experience in professional organizing, interior design, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to design and implement custom organizational solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Organizers:
  • Experience in organizing, decluttering, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Assistant Organizers:
  • Passion for organization and design.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
  • Ability to follow instructions and support team members.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
