Range is from $47,000 - $117,000 including base pay, commissions, bonuses, and spifs; all of which are based on your individual performance, our top executive advisors are in the higher range of $117,000. We will take the time to explain our pay structure should we choose to move forward with your application.

The position is on-site in our Springfield, MO office with hours of Monday through Friday from 8:30AM - 5:30PM.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
- Assist in the sales process by effectively communicating product benefits and features.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Preferred experience in a sales environment (outside sales, B2B sales, door to door sales, and/or telemarketing)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to sell products by understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations as necessary.
Salary : $41,900 - $117,000
