What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Housing Authority of Bowling Green?
Duties include assessing elderly resident needs, providing basic life skills training, providing educational resources to residents, developing individual case management plans, maintaining relationships with community partners, making referrals to community partners, etc. Experience working with elderly is preferred.
Must have a minimum of 2 years successful experience working with low-income families as a case manager or in coordinating educational, job training or other programs with elderly or families or a 4 year college degree.
