What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at Housing Development Alliance?
The Housing Development Alliance seeks a Human Resources Generalist who will be responsible for the Human Resource functions for HDA including both administrative and strategic duties and responsibilities.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- staffing, recruiting, and hiring,
- staff training and development,
- maintaining employment records,
- benefits administration,
- employee relations,
- payroll,
- performance management, and
- processing staff travel plans and reimbursements.
The ideal candidate will have at least a 4-year college degree in a related field and at least 5 years of related work experience. HDA will consider candidates who do not meet these requirements if they can demonstrate significant work experience and/or the skills/competencies needed for the position.
The anticipated salary range is $50,000 to $60,000.
