Houston Christian High School, is accepting applications for Counseling Assistant. This position performs administrative duties and manages logistics for the Counseling Office and serves as the initial contact person for the counseling office team. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and reports to the Counseling Director. This position is open to be filled immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Knowledge of website management, experience with Blackbaud is a positive asset.
- A high level of integrity, diplomacy, and initiative and confidentiality.
- Excellent written, verbal, visual and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- An appreciation for and enjoyment of high school students.
- Flexibility, sense of humor, and a willingness to perform administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficient in basic technology applications, specifically Google Apps knowledge (i.e. Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail).
