Position Overview :
This role is responsible to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that amplify our mission, increase engagement, and drive donor support. This role will manage social media channels, email campaigns, website content, and digital advertising while collaborating across departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and schedule engaging content for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and grow our online community
- Create, design, and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
- Track and analyze email performance to optimize engagement
- Optimize for SEO and monitor website analytics
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to create blog posts, graphics, and videos
- Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns
Supervision Received :
Work under the general direction of both the Marketing Manager & Assistant Marketing Manager and receive general supervision. Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
