Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asphalt Superintendent and Asphalt Fine Grading Operator at Howell & Simmons Construction & Paving Co, Inc in Hanahan, SC. The Asphalt Superintendent will oversee and manage asphalt paving projects, while the Asphalt Fine Grading Operator will be responsible for ensuring precise and accurate grading for paving operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in asphalt paving, grading, and site maintenance
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
• Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments
• CDL license is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
