Accounting Manager
I'm working with one of my favorite clients, a PE backed food & beverage company, to hire an Accounting Manager (Team Lead) to join their growing Finance team. This is a leadership role and an add to headcount due to growth.
The company has big name clients like Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, Target, etc. and you would probably recognize the product on the shelf! And to top it off, I can personally confirm, it's delicious! It all started with homemade recipes and has expanded from there to a $300m global business.
The leadership at the company and the PE firm are incredibly down to earth, smart, and driven - you'll be learning from the best and get really good exposure (this will serve you from the onset and also help you for the rest of your career)
The role:
- Manage the team & drive new processes
- GL and month end close
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cost Accounting
Who you are:
- 3-6 years of progressive accounting experience
- Highly preferred start in public accounting (big 4)
- Highly preferred CPA
- Highly preferred NetSuite experience
- Can come straight from public accounting at Senior Associate level OR have already made the transition from public accounting to an in-house corporate role.
Compensation:
- $135k-145k 15% cash bonus
Salary : $135,000
