Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries for various accounts, including revenue and expenses.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Help with property-level accounting tasks, including rent reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1 year of accounting experience (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary : $68,000 - $80,000
