Position: M&A Accounting Lead
Location: United States (Travel to newly acquired companies required )
What You’ll Do:
- Play a key role in integrating newly acquired companies and standing up accounting functions.
- Work directly with the VP Finance to create and maintain groupwide reporting cadences.
- Lead post-close reviews and manage the transition of accounting processes in alignment with US GAAP, ASC 805, and ASC 606.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with management teams from newly acquired companies to ensure smooth integration.
What We’re Looking For:
- Controllers, Accounting Managers, and PE Accountants with a public accounting background (CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 805, ASC 606, and inventory accounting
- Proven experience in M&A integration (you know your way around post-close adjustments)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel for onboarding new acquisitions
Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000
