- Participate in various HR-related projects, including policy updates, training programs, and performance management initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing HR documents, managing employee data, and handling confidential information.
- Maintain accurate employee files, update records, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Help coordinate the new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and employees are set up for success.
- Ensure that HR practices adhere to labor laws and company policies, helping with audits and reporting as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to the HR team’s goals.
- Must be a hands-on team contributor.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other departments/teams located around the world.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
