Office Administrator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of a small software company. Will be responsible for accounts payable, invoicing, receiving payments, payroll, and for managing the office.
Duties
- Write checks and record all financial transactions.
- Prepare and follow up on customer invoices.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting.
- Utilize QuickBooks to prepare payroll and quarterly payroll tax returns.
- Manage and maintain records for employee benefit programs.
- Answer telephone and direct calls appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to foster strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.
Experience
- Two years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
