Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible Admin Assistant to organize our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The Admin Assistant should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the office and reception area
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of staffs
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, organizing travel, and catering when necessary

Requirements
- Admin experience required.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
