What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Records Specialist position at HR HealthCare?
This entry-level position is responsible for ensuring all required medical records are present in the patient file. The Medical Records Specialist will review new client files to ensure accuracy and completeness at the time of receipt and also maintain logs for updated records when new records are required.
Job Duties Include:
- Reviewing new patient files/prescriptions for accuracy.
- Review and process existing patient files.
- Assist Customer Service Department during patient Intake
