- Onboard new employees, manage immigration documents, and oversee benefits packages, including taxes and other HR-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in HR or a related field within a large organization.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
