GREAT, WELL-ESTABLISHED company needs a Director of Compensation as they continue to grow.  

 

SUMMARY:
- Responsible for designing, planning, developing, implementing, and administering strategic compensation programs, policies, and processes that support the company’s long-term goals as well as the retention and attraction of a global workforce 
- Will work closely with key business leaders
- Lead/coach mentor the compensation team

 

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10 years of Compensation experience 
- Leadership experience
- Experience in publicly traded global companies
- Bachelor's degree
