What are the responsibilities and job description for the Benefit EDI & Integration Specialist position at HR Tech Solutions?
The Benefit EDI & Integration Specialist will be responsible in building, testing, troubleshooting and transmitting 834 files and integrations with carriers for a variety of Human Resource Management Systems (HRM), follow up with carriers is imperative.
Requirements
The idea candidate will possess the followings skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience with employee benefits
- Experience leading or completing an HRIS/HRM implementation with a benefits module that included connecting to carriers
- Ability to work independently and utilized resources to solve problems
- Ability to think strategically and analytically
- Comfortable with communicating with both clients and carriers, but able to focus on detail-orientated work for long periods of time
- Must be organized and able think quickly to resolve problems
- Experience in working with 834 and integrations in Employee Navigator is strong preferred but not required
- Bachelors' Degree in a related field preferred
- A combination of work experience and education will be considered
