JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS:
- Selling insurance policies including automobile, home, life, and workers compensation polices.
- Attending client meetings, as requested.
- Answering and responding to client phone calls.
- Managing and processing the insurance renewal process.
- Using discretion and independent judgment when servicing the clients' needs.
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with teammates and clients.
- Maintaining a Property & Causality license through continuing education.
- Valid Property & Causality license OR the ability to pass the exam to obtain license.
- Valid Life Insurance license is a plus!
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Licensed insurance agents with one or more years of experience are preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Team player, high attention to detail and a positive attitude is must!
