Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field
Required Experience
- Minimum3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Proven experience contributing to positive results in talent acquisition.
- Prior experience calculating and reporting on recruitment metrics.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Savvy with a solid interest in talent acquisition.
- Able to recommend changes to improve outcomes through data analytics.
- Abile to compile and present visually appealing and meaningful presentations.
- Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
