HRW Companies, LLC is a growing company, who is looking for an Accounts Clerk this position will be responsible for the financial processing of transactions for an organization. Their duties include daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Collect and record payments.
- Make deposits.
- Track invoices for timely processing.
- Process accounts payable's as scheduled.
- Make purchase orders.
- Audit and verify records.
- Reconcile accounts and month-end.
- Run reports.
- Assist with other general accounting or business office tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Understanding basic accounting and business office functions.
- Familiar with accounting principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate.
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.
