What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Designer position at HStaf?
We are looking for a Learning and Development / Instructional Designer Associate to help our employees and external clients advance their skills and knowledge on compliance related topics.
In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses, managing content creation timelines, enforcing style guidelines, and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute competency-based learning strategies and programs.
- Facilitate as well as teach content creators to follow a style guide and finalize content.
- Help compliance partners (employees) develop their own content in line with the content style guide.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to develop course series.
- Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, 1 : 1 workshop, Q&A sessions, and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with LMS providers or other design / content development tools.
