We are looking for a Learning and Development / Instructional Designer Associate
to help our employees and external clients advance their skills and knowledge on compliance related topics.
In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. If you also have experience designing e-learning courses, managing content creation timelines, enforcing style guidelines, and managing budgets, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Create and execute competency-based learning strategies and programs.
Facilitate as well as teach content creators to follow a style guide and finalize content.
Help compliance partners (employees) develop their own content in line with the content style guide.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to develop course series.
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g., coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, 1 : 1 workshop, Q&A sessions, and other trainings.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Track budgets and negotiate contracts with LMS providers or other design / content development tools.
Requirements and skills :
Proven experience in L&D Training
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices (Absorb LMS, (link removed) a plus!)
Experience in organization, project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
Experience in creating content for healthcare
hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Software skills in like Adobe Captivate or other content development software for e-learning for interactive, competency-based learning.
Non-Required, but helpful skills :
Experience in developing compliance-related education for an audience of providers, operators and clinicians at skilled nursing facilities and other related institutions.
