Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates closely with project team members, business owners and sponsors to successfully implement Data and Analytics Program objectives
- Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects under the Data and Analytics Program
Job Description:
- Develops project plans and recommendations in support of the program
- Delegates work as required and ensures a quality end products through the program and evaluation plan to ensure that the implementation plan achieves goals.
- Coordinate cross-project dependencies and sequencing under the Program
- Roll up status across all projects in the Program
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities under the Program
- Assesses program risks, develops mitigation and contingency plans
- Develops escalation process to channel issues and concerns to appropriate parties.
- Identifies, evaluates and resolves issues that conflict with program deliverables.
- Oversees program to ensure all projects have required resources to meet milestones and that they are successfully implemented
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve Program's higher scope issues
Hiring Requirements
- Bachelor s degree and 5 years of project/program management experience.
- If no degree, 7 years of project/program management experience is required.
- Hiring Preferences
- Knowledge of healthcare/insurance industry preferred
- Experience in implementing a program consisting of multiple projects to achieve a program goal
- Background on implementing Data and Analytics platform and architecture is a plus
- Experience in implementing a program
- Excellent influencing and consultative skills; and the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues and opportunities.
- Statistical, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Work coordination/leadership skills.
- Project management software experience needed.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
- Project Management Professional preferred
