Job Summary:
At Hub Central, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and experience with various accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and analyze reports and financial statements (e.g. rent roll)
- Update tenant ledgers according to move-out balances
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
