Central is a locally-managed multifamily group that manages over 1,500 units within dozens of communities in Washington and Oregon. Our emphasis is on providing exceptional experiences for our future and current residents and setting up our management team for success every day.

Summary of Position

We are looking for an on-site Property Manager for Shorewood Apartments (a 36 units apartment complex in Lynnwood). You will be supporting the Property Manager in the following responsibilities:

  • Manage applications process, completing rental agreements, lease renewals
  • Manage rent collection (including following up on late/delinquent rents, issuing notices, filing evictions)
  • Enforce terms of rental agreements and community regulations to ensure a high-quality resident experience.
  • Keep the property in a neat, clean, and well-maintained condition. Exterior and interior inspections of the community on an on-going basis.
  • Responding to maintenance issues and managing on-site maintenance
  • Preparing monthly reports and maintaining accurate records

Compensation

  • Full-time
  • $17.50/hr (depending on associate experience)

Requirements

  • Disciplined self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Well-organized & responsible
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver license
  • General computer knowledge including Word, Excel, WEB, and Email required.
  • Must undergo a background check
  • Office hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm
  • 3 years working experience
