Now, we’re looking for a hands-on Controller to help drive our continued success. Reporting to the COO, you’ll play a key role in our digital transformation efforts, streamline financial operations, and lead a strong finance team in a lean, continuously improving environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with the COO and department leaders to enhance financial strategies and improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Lead the digital transformation of the finance department, implementing new systems and automation tools to drive efficiency.
• Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
• Manage 401(k) administration, payroll oversight, business insurance, and external audit relationships.
• Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes, proactively applying best practices to enhance financial processes.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus.
• 10–15 years of progressive financial experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• A track record of developing finance teams, driving change, and improving processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
• Experience implementing and optimizing financial systems and automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.
• A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
