We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions. As well as payroll and some HR duties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Daily invoicing of clients
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with multi state tax preparation and audits
- Utilize financial software to record transactions accurately
- Support corporate accounting activities
- Assist with license renewals and insurance
- Assist with onboarding new hires
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in financial software QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year based on experience
