In this Customer Service Representative position your responsibilities & activities will include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Assist customers with product/service information, complaints, returns, exchanges, and billing issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service-related problems.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance on product features, specifications, and usage.
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to higher management if necessary.
- Process customer orders, modifications, or cancellations in a timely manner.
- Ensure all customer interactions are positive and professional, creating a lasting impression of the company.
- Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics, including response times and satisfaction ratings.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs or concerns.

- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
