Administrator-Nursing Home
Located near West Valley, New York
A beautiful, skilled nursing/long term care facility located near West Valley, NY is currently seeking an experienced Nursing Home Administrator.
Salary: $120K to $140K (based on experience)
Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:
- Must have New York Administrator license
- Must have current Administrator experience in long term care
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
- Proven leadership & management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skill
