Location: Bradenton/Sarasota, FL
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor, 28-40 hours/week, On-Call as Needed (Weekdays, Weekends, Evenings)
Compensation: $23/hour (Contract - No Benefits, PTO, or Employee Perks)
Our confidential client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive/Personal Assistant to support a CEO, his company, and his family office. This independent contractor role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing logistics and daily activities seamlessly.
As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for handling business and personal tasks with precision and professionalism. This position requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and a commitment to efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the employer's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and social engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring all logistics (flights, hotels, ground transportation) are flawless.
- Handle all aspects of daily personal and business-related tasks, including correspondence, errands, and general household management.
- Anticipate needs and proactively think through logistics to avoid any disruptions or inconveniences.
- Serve as a liaison between the employer and vendors and business associates.
- Ensure smooth execution of meetings and events, including preparation of documents and materials as needed.
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times regarding sensitive information.
- Problem-solve on the fly, identifying and addressing potential obstacles before they arise.
- Coordinate and assist with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Treat every task as critical with no aversion to the menial or mundane.
- Hyper-responsiveness, answering every call every time.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives and families, or similar.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions in real-time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience managing complex travel arrangements, both domestic and international.
- Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) is a bonus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours and be available for travel as needed.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Extraordinary levels of resourcefulness with a “figure it out” mentality.
- Completion of a Level 2 background check and a credit check will be required prior to employment.
- The selected candidate must sign and be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to maintain confidentiality regarding personal and proprietary information and conversations they will be exposed to.
- Hybrid work location with some time in an office, some remote, and some travel.

1099 Independent Contractor Position: This is not a W-2 employee role. The contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and expenses.
