Greet and assist guests, members, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct inbound calls to the correct recipients for multiple entities.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and retrieving information for clients and walk-ins.
Manage front desk operations, including opening and closing the office as required.
Perform other tasks, including organizing files, supplies, etc., as needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of customer service experience, excellent organizational and administrative skills, and strong relational, interpersonal, telephone, and written skills.
