As a Customer Success Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers are satisfied and supported. You'll work closely with our Account Managers to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support: Efficiently handle customer inquiries, process orders, and offer accurate quotes.
- Own the order process: Manage orders from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with the team: Work closely with our sales team to provide essential support and information.
- Drive customer satisfaction: Monitor open orders, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to ensure timely delivery.
- Become a product expert: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and value propositions.
- Support administrative tasks: Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including data entry and CRM management.
- Foster positive relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and coworkers.
What you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- This position requires sitting for prolonged periods, performing tasks requiring fine motor skills, and utilizing computer keyboarding. Employees may occasionally need to stand from a seated position.
